Summer and Selena

Summer Glau was an American actress best known for playing River Tam in Firefly, the critically-acclaimed TV series. She was also Cameron in Terminator. In the series, she played Sarah Connor Chronicles. As well as these shows, she's also appeared in Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck & Hawaii Five-0 as well guest-starring in Angel The Unit The Cape Arrow & Sequestered. She has also acted in TV films and shorts like Mammoth and The Initiation Sarah Deadly Honeymoon, Help for the holidays Dead End and Inside the Box. Glau has received numerous distinctions and awards. She was twice included in the 100 Sexiest Women in the World by FHM and was once included in the list by Wizard magazine of Sexiest Women of TV. The American beauty was also given a place in Maxim's Hot 100 list. Glau is a winner of the SFX Award's Best Actress category for Serenity. In her part on Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles her character received her the Saturn Award. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . Marcela Quintanilla's youngest child, Selena was born the 16th of April, 1971 in Corpuschristi Texas. Selena started her musical career at the age of 8 year older. Her father was the founder of the band. Selena was the lead guitarist in the group, as did her two older siblings Abraham junior and sister Suzette performing the drums. Selena acted as the singer. Selena Y Los Dino was the name of her band and Selena sang with her siblings in restaurants, bars as well as wedding events. The group was extremely busy for Selena as well as her brothers and sisters, so they didn't have much of an early childhood, but they were pushed to become determined musicians thanks to their dedication of Abraham, their dad. The band was the family's business, and also the principal source of income for the Quintanilla family. The Quintanilla family was determined to achieve success despite difficult times and insufficient funds initially. Their patience would eventually pay dividends in the 1980's when Selena Y Los Dinos gained popularly in the western states. Selena was awarded Female singer and Performer in the Tejano Music Awards in 1986. From then on, Selena Y Los Dinos were one of the most successful winners year after year and gained notoriety and fame. They appeared on numerous Spanish programming on television including El Show De Johnny Canales Siempre En Domingo and Sabado Gigante.
